Developing Talent for a Growing Industry

The Finishing School Program provides intensive training over four weeks, focusing on advanced English proficiency and key technical skills. The goal is to prepare participants for successful careers in the BPO, ITO, and call center sectors, which are expanding rapidly in Honduras. By equipping individuals with the necessary skills, this program not only helps them secure employment but also strengthens the talent pipeline for companies operating at Altia Smart City.

First Graduating Class and Future Plans

The first group of students completed the program on March 14, with 53 graduates successfully finishing their training. These individuals are now prepared to enter the workforce with enhanced skills and greater career opportunities. On March 17, the next class will begin their journey, continuing our mission to train and support hundreds of Hondurans in achieving professional growth.

A Collaborative Effort for Sustainable Growth

This program is made possible through the collaboration of Altia Smart City with key partners, including the Inter-American Development Bank and the Asociación Hondureña de Maquiladores. By working together, we are strengthening Honduras’ workforce and contributing to the country’s economic development.

Investing in Honduras’ Future

As part of GK Global, Altia Smart City is committed to investing in the future of Honduras by creating opportunities for professional development. By bridging the skills gap and connecting talent with industry-leading companies, we are not only supporting individuals in building their careers but also helping our clients grow within a thriving business ecosystem.

The Finishing School Program is an essential step toward sustainable growth, and we look forward to seeing more professionals develop their skills and contribute to the success of the BPO industry in Honduras.
